Payers easily enroll into school payment plans. Just select the plan to enroll in and enter the payment details. There is a choice for accepting payments through a checking account or credit cards. Since there is a different cost associated with these two payment types, the school can decide if they only want to support one form or both.

Simple, easy to read statements for payers and automatic notifications

To gain confidence in a payment system, it is extremely important to have clear statements that clearly show any activities. At the same time these statements need to be simple to understand. As you can see in the screenshot to the right, Schoolyard Payments provides very easy to read statements to the payers and the schools.

These statements can be easily accessed online from the payer's Schoolyard account and also downloaded for record keeping purposes. The payer also receives an email every time a payment is made.
